    As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will partner primarily with editorial contacts, and the wider Marketing organization to create compelling go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of Wiley-owned Life Science titles.

    You'll be responsible for a portfolio of proprietary titles, and you'll help develop researcher-focused plans that drive our relationship with users and authors, delivering submissions/readership growth and increased reader engagement as well as improved journal brand experience.

    How you will make an impact

    • You will be part of a high-performing, focused team delivering best-in-class journal marketing.
    • Help implement brand awareness and lead generation strategies to establish, maintain or improve the position of the portfolio of journals
    • Help develop effective product positioning and messaging and deliver effective campaign and program briefings
    • Collaborate with the subject matter and community experts
    • Understand marketing best practices and key marketing deliverables
    • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing organisation to deliver marketing programs that meet journal goals

    • Understand the fundamentals of what a great marketing campaign looks like.
    • Have a strong collaborative approach, good business and analytical skills and strong communication skills to interact with a range of different stakeholders independently.
    • Passionate about improving researchers' experience of our journals, improving journal brand awareness and engagement, always with the goal of achieving article growth and driving open access revenue
    • Are a competent multi-tasker, resilient, highly organized, and outcomes focused.
