We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support our HR team with an exciting new project. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful launch of a new HR system by handling data entry, KPI reporting, and the implementation of key HR metrics.

    What you’ll be doing

    •  Inputting and managing HR data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    •  Reviewing spreadsheets to identify and resolve any missing information.
    •  Assisting in KPI reporting and implementing key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
    •  Communicating with relevant stakeholders to gather missing data and ensure data integrity.
    •  Supporting the HR team in preparing for the system launch and ongoing improvements.
    •  Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.

    What we’re looking for

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
    • Experience in administration, HR, or data management.
    • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
    • Ability to generate KPI reports and support the development of key HR metrics.
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive approach and willingness to support the team.
