Job brief
- Publishing new product content.
- Improving content in line with SERP’s requirements.
- Providing content for pages including and not limited to product, category, landing and static.
- Executing product launches and product promotion.
- Website product maintenance and optimisation.
- Promotion of products and services through all digital channels.
- Assisting in the planning, execution and optimisation of our online content strategy.
- Assist in the delivery of content strategies to build a digital connection with customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing a digital connection with customers and prospects.
- Maintain and optimise website content and landing pages.
- Prepare creative content and optimise distribution.
- Improve UX and collaborate with internal departments to enhance our customer’s experience and service.
- Measure performance using a variety of web analytics tools.
Prerequisites
- A passion for all things marketing and technology.
- Experience working with CMS software (Magento / Adobe Commerce).
- Sound understanding of the concepts of digital marketing and how the internet can grow revenue.
- Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and excellent timekeeper.
- Creative thinker.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary digital marketing techniques.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM.
- MS OFFICE suite – especially advanced Excel efficiency.
Desired
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Ideally Degree educated in Digital Marketing or associated discipline.
- Experience working with and manipulating large data sets.
