Ward & Burke seek an enthusiastic Electrical Graduate Engineer for Water and Wastewater projects in partnership with Thames Water.
Due to the intricate nature of contemporary treatment facilities, the candidate will gain familiarity with and engage in tasks related to high voltage, low voltage, Profibus control, fiber optic systems, as well as SCADA systems and PLC controls. These tasks will be undertaken in demanding environments like EX Zones, presenting additional opportunities for learning and growth.
The position will initially be based on sites throughout the Thames Valley region, with design experience been gained in our design office in central London. The successful candidate will be mentored by an experienced engineer and will be involved at each stage of the project including planning, delivery/construction, commissioning, and handover.

The preferred candidates shall:
- Hold (or await the results for) a HNC or BEng in appropriate electrical/ controls engineering.
- Have a full drivers licence.
- Be keen to learn other disciplines.
- Work as part of a team.
