    • Assisting in the planning and delivery of internal and external events.
    • Collaborating with external agencies on creative projects such as photography, video production, and marketing materials.
    • Monitoring and reporting on communication performance to ensure we’re delivering impactful messages.
    • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.

    What we’re looking for

    • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • A qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
    • Experience using content management systems like WordPress and design tools like Canva.
    • A creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and visual storytelling.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

    Why join us

    • A collaborative, creative in-house team where your ideas will be valued and nurtured.
    • A blended working approach, combining office and remote work, so you benefit from learning in-person while enjoying flexibility.
    • Exposure to all areas of our business, working with different teams and senior leaders.
    • The chance to work in a purpose-driven organisation that makes a real difference to communities.
    • Support and mentorship from experienced professionals who are invested in your development.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave (plus Christmas shut down), a defined benefit pension scheme, health cash plan, a range of shopping and leisure discounts.

Despite the high expectation for performance and delivery, we are committed to ensuring colleagues have a healthy work-life balance and able to work in agile ways which support them.

Our Communications team spend a minimum two days per week together in the office, with flexibility for more where needed.
