We’re after someone organised, quick on their feet (and fingers!), and eager to make an impact. If you’ve got a knack for planning, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills, you’re already halfway there. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in audio or video production—though enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Desirable skills (Don’t worry if you’re new to these—we’ll help you grow!):
- Familiarity with audio and video production processes and apps
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere or After Effects)
- Previously used a project management app or CRM system
What you’ll do
- Master Voquent’s services and take charge of coordinating voice actors, studios, and translators (with full training provided!)
- Team up with our business crew to bring client project briefs to life
- Briefing and negotiating rates with suppliers around the world
- Tracking and maintaining project budgets
- Keeping the team updated in our project management app
- Regularly updating clients and guiding them with friendly, expert advice to shape smart project decisions
- Delivering top-quality results on tight deadlines—keeping everyone happy
- Tackling challenges head-on to meet client goals
- Spotting ways to make our processes even better!
