As a Trainee Assistant Contract Manager you will help plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.
You will be on a development programme to gain the necessary experience and eventual formal training through the CCDO accreditation for Demolition Manager Level 7.

What you'll be doing
- Prepare administrative documentation including RAMS Documents, Safe Systems of Work, estimates, and meeting schedules
- Track and report project progress through performance reports and weekly updates
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to Contract Managers, including meeting minutes and client follow-ups
- Assist in resource management through inventory monitoring and procurement assessment
- Maintain thorough project documentation and support action plan implementation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
What we're looking for
- Degree in construction or Civil Engineering field
- Full UK driving license
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high performance
- Strong team player with ability to accept and implement feedback constructively
