Our MSc Management with Human Resources provides a developed understanding of both general and human resource management, combined with a detailed introduction to the issues faced by contemporary business and human resource management.
Programme structure
You will take a series of core and optional courses and complete a substantial independent piece of work, normally in the form of a project, dealing with a topical management issue. Students will be given a choice of research dissertation or project. There are also non-assessed, compulsory workshop programmes, involving participation in a series of reflective learning exercises that include induction events, strategic case analyses and debates.

A Masters in Management with Human Resource creates opportunities to work in general and human resource management, whilst also providing an opportunity to pursue careers in other areas related to business practice. Entry requirements
2.1 Honours degree of non-UK equivalent in any subject. Prior work experience is encouraged but not required. This is a generalist degree for students who have no previous studies in the area of management and human resources. Those students who do have previous experience in this area are advised to consider the MSc International Human Resource Management & Development.
Only applications that meet or exceed our stated entry requirements will go forward for consideration. Any application that does not will be automatically rejected. Applicants will be made offers based on their relative performance compared to other applicants, taking into account both current GPA, or degree classification, and the relevance of an applicant’s academic background.
