You will be responsible for providing support to the distribution marketing team at Mercury Studios, supporting two main areas: creative and digital.
Skills & Experience
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with the sourcing and sharing of all media assets (inbound and outbound) for marketing and promotion, as well as managing the storage system and delivery database for all projects (press photos, artwork, trailers, online banners etc
- Supporting the Marketing Executive with B2B website maintenance (including video, content and user management, seeking bug fixes and requesting platform updates etc) and B2B/B2C social media activity, cutting clips and drafting engaging copy to promote industry presence, events and promote product
- Assisting in all aspects of Marketing campaigns, from basic office admin to supporting and developing marketing ideas, including sharing press releases and building presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)
- Support the creation of marketing products, including catalogues, one sheets and website and optimising creative assets for various platforms (socials, catalogue, website).
- Assist the team with organising events and screenings, particularly MIPTV and MIPCOM, managing the creation of branded goods, guest lists, passes, travel, technical kit (and maintenance of) and packing
- Support B2B email marketing distribution and campaigns, including the upkeep of client databases and email template design and creation, as well as taking ownership of specific email campaigns
- Supporting the submission process for industry awards and festivals (trade exhibitions etc)
- Use our in-house finance system Uniport to manage departmental invoices ensuring that all external suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Digital delivery of advance screeners to global contacts for local certification
- Create Global Linkfires and maintain a database of relevant links
- Manage the creation and upkeep of team planning boards on monday.com.
- General office admin including, ordering couriers, taking minutes in meetings, booking travel, handling expenses, booking meeting rooms, managing the offsite storage unit and covering from the team when out of office

- Photoshop skills preferred

- Experience in other parts of the music/TV industry (e.g. playing in bands, gig promotion, student radio, music journalism)
- Regular user of social media platforms and passionate about music and the digital landscape
- Video editing skills
