The role
As a Marketing Assistant you will be working with the Senior Business Development Manager. Together as a wider team you will be driving forward the initiatives and marketing and business development plans for many teams across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop an understanding of the clients of the firm and the markets in which the firm operates
- Help devise and implement the marketing plans
- To take a lead role in executing new initiatives and campaigns
- Promote content through traditional and digital channels
- Plan, manage and attend events, conferences, webinars and seminars
- Assist with press releases and implementing social media strategies
- Coordination of the legal directory submissions and interviews.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have
- Good oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Prioritisation skills, meet deadlines under pressure; and to use initiative
- Work with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work outside of offices hours particularly when running events.
- 12-18 months marketing experience in a professional services or equivalent B2B environment.
- CIM qualifications or a desire to study towards CIM or equivalent.
