Provide quality DB pension scheme administration to customers in line with TPT’s business goals, service level agreements, and values in the Annual Events and Projects team.

    You will be responsible for

    • Ensuring customer satisfaction by working in line with service levels.
    • Maintaining accuracy of member and employer data.
    • Managing and assisting with scheme project events such as valuations and annual benefit statements.
    • Ensuring the quality and quantity of your own work and that of the team.
    • Following procedures to manage scheme project events like pension increases and group life assurance.
    • Identifying areas for improvement and contributing in team meetings.

    Skills qualifications

    • Experience within Defined Benefit pensions.
    • GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades C / 4 or above in Maths and English.
    • Benefit calculation experience.
    • Studying towards/completed CPC/ DPA/CPA.
    • Experience of using Microsoft Word and proficient in Excel.
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm for the job and able to work using own initiative.
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes within the workplace.
    • Good level of communication skills and able to prioritise own workload.
