We are looking for a Graduate Creator Operations Associate to support the growth of our creator community in the UK. You will be part of a fast-paced team, working on strategies to attract, engage, and retain creators who drive GMV on TikTok Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, content strategy, and community operations.
Key responsibilities
- Creator Recruitment & Engagement: Identify and onboard new creators, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Performance Analysis: Track key creator metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to improve GMV and retention.
- Community Building: Support initiatives such as workshops, webinars, and challenges to educate and motivate creators.
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing creator-led campaigns and promotions to boost engagement and sales.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category teams, traffic operations, and the content team to optimize creator success.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging creator dynamics.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in 2023 or onwards (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Available to start in May 2025.
- Passion for e-commerce, content creation, and social media trends, Tiktok creator experience will be a plus.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
