This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain a fundamental basis of marketing in a fast-paced global b2b conference company. You will work directly with the Reuters Events industry teams and provide crucial operational support to the Conference Producers in the delivery of their events.

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up new conferences on the systems
  • Building marketing campaigns based on the conference plans
  • Creating emails and landing pages
  • Providing reports on marketing engagements
  • Managing the relationship with the different departments

About you

To be our Marketing Operations Agent, you will likely be:

  • A quick learner and able to pick up relatively complex systems and processes quickly
  • Have excellent time management and communication skills
  • Have a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail and administrative skills
  • ‘High energy’ and team player who is enthusiastic and able to work effectively with people across the business
  • Have a good degree of computer literacy
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required
  • Any experience using Salesforce and basic understanding of HTML is an advantage (but not a requirement).
