Opportunity

Ransomes Jacobsen Ltd (part of Textron Specialized Vehicles) is seeking a Marketing Graduate to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Communications teams on projects related to our Turf business such as implementing marketing tactics, analysing data, preparing plans, supporting events, managing databases, and assisting with sales initiatives. You will also help develop brand strategy, execute communications to boost brand visibility, create content across various channels, and oversee website updates.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development of the overall brand strategy and supporting elements such as photo and video shoots and marketing or advertising campaigns;
  • Send internal, external, and consumer-facing communications using our email communication platform, Pardot;
  • Execute tactical marketing communications with a focus on increasing awareness and visibility of TSV brands and products and positively influencing customer buying decision;
  • Develop and implement marketing content across channels, including digital, social, and print;
  • Locate new sales channels and strengthen existing channels;
  • Oversee website updates related to new product launches, special promotions, and model year changes;
  • Support local, regional, and national events as necessary;
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, or another related field required;
  • Prior internships/work experience in Marketing roles is advantageous, but not essential;
  • Microsoft Office required;
  • You should be resourceful and a good problem-solver;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications;
  • Able to work under pressure with a flexible attitude.
