    Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the housebuilding industry? Tara Group is excited to offer an exclusive Graduate Programme within Sales & Marketing designed to develop the future leaders of our company. Typically, the programme lasts for up to two years and will give you a well-rounded knowledge of how we operate in the housebuilding industry, working within Cameron Homes. This role will be field based within West Midlands & East Midlands.

    Working closely with the Marketing team, the role of the Sales team is to engage with the enquiries that marketing generates, find out more about their needs and aspirations and then match the right home to the right buyer. The buying cycle can take months, and our sales team build relationships with potential customers, guiding them and helping buyers to make the right choice. Once a reservation is confirmed the sales teamwork with solicitors, estate agents and local councils to complete all the legal requirements so that customers can move into their homes at the right time.

    Our brand and how we present and market our brand is critical in helping consumers and other stakeholders to get to know us, be curious about who we are and what we offer and then engage with us. Recognition of our brand helps consumers to understand us, trust us and decide to buy from us. Our brand represents our values, our personality and the traits that differentiate us from others.

    Supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders, youll be nurtured in developing your thinking and skills, as well as encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. You will have a tailored development programme to provide structure whilst you are with us.     • Minimum 2:2 qualified in Sales/Marketing related degree
    • Displays a can do attitude with an appetite to learn
