Tara Group is excited to offer an exclusive Graduate Rotational Programme designed to develop the future leaders of our company. Typically, the programme lasts for up to two years and will give you a well-rounded knowledge of how we operate in the housebuilding industry, working within Cameron Homes & Keon Homes.
You will have access to many different disciplines, learning how they operate. From identifying land for the future, through to securing planning, designing layouts, costing projects, managing build, monitoring budgets, and customer experience. Our Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to progress at a pace that works for you, without any rigid structure.
Supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders, youll be nurtured in developing your thinking and skills, as well as encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. You will have a tailored development programme to provide structure for your time with each department, and review meetings at the end of each rotation to ensure you have gained the knowledge and exposure before you move on. Our current and previous Graduates will act as a buddy to help you settle into the Company and provide another level of support and guidance for you. Were not just a team. Were a family.
