We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Operations Associate to join our friendly and collaborative People Team. You'll help ensure smooth HR operations and deliver first-class support to colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate employee data and helping to develop efficient, people-focused processes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Respond to HR queries via Jira in line with agreed SLAs.
- Maintain employee data and process changes in Workday.
- Prepare documentation for joiners, leavers, and role changes.
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and IT equipment requests.
- Support the HR team on projects and continuous improvement work.
- Configure and test Workday processes and reports.
- Support with HR audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with employee relations admin, including minutes and scheduling.
- Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback.
- Provide general admin support to the HR team.
