    We are seeking an International Enrolment Officer to join our friendly and dynamic International Enrolment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an International company.

    Your role

    You will provide support under the guidance of the [Manager's Title] to our field recruitment team, including Regional Admissions Directors and Educational Counsellors, across all Sommet Education campuses in Europe (GIHE Swiss, UK, and Les Roches Bluche, Marbella). Your primary responsibility will be to support student recruitment by ensuring that student candidate files are completed and nurtured, and that Letters of Offer are issued in a timely manner.

    You will support the field recruitment team and students throughout the application and acceptance process. This includes coordinating the daily entry of applications into the CRM with the assistance of the Education Counsellor, following up on missing documents, payments, and ensuring all applications meet the program requirements.

    You will be responsible for issuing Letters of Offer to students who meet the program criteria, as well as preparing invoices for prepayments. You will follow up on payments received, track missing documents, and confirm student acceptance before transferring files to admissions.

    As part of your role, you may be required to conduct compatibility interviews with undergraduate students before issuing a Letter of Offer. You will also coordinate and deliver conversion activities to support student enrolment.

    Additionally, you will participate in administrative and event duties as needed within the International Enrolment department. This includes managing and monitoring general email inboxes, answering phone inquiries, and providing cover for other areas when required.

    About you

    You have a degree, ideally in Hospitality Education, or relevant work experience. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and have strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You are fluent in both written and spoken English, and knowledge of French would be highly desirable. You are highly flexible and willing to participate in weekend and evening activities when necessary. You are a proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong customer-focused mindset. You can work autonomously while also being an excellent team player. Having a valid driving license would be advantageous.
