We are looking for a high energy, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will play a key role in searching for, identifying, and converting social contacts to qualified opportunities for the sales team based on predetermined criteria. In addition to lead generation and development, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for updating the company’s CRM database with gathered information for every prospect.

This position also requires attendance of related tradeshow. The ideal candidate is an active team player, fostering sales and marketing collaboration and alignment towards joint goals.

Responsibilities

  • Use research tools to identify and source key decision-makers
  • Engage prospects by phone and email
  • Educate prospects about our products and generate interest
  • Schedule meetings/demos with prospects to increase the sales pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to continually improve individually and collectively, and achieve optimal results for your customers
  • Leverage data and analysis to drive daily and weekly strategies
  • Work closely with key internal teams and engage current accounts to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools to expand awareness, education, and referral networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant engineering field.
  • Technical aptitude and at least 1-year experience in a sales environment (internship is ok).
  • Excellent record of customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in leveraging social media to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
  • Understanding of sales automation tools and the sales process
  • Fluent in English and the local language of the territory
