You will gain experience from reaching out to prospective customers to participating in the final stages of engagements, with ample opportunities for development throughout.
The role
As a Business Development Graduate, you will primarily be bringing new customers on board and learning how to make the ever-lasting first impression the SEP2 way.
This means you’ll be getting in contact with potential organisations who could benefit from our solutions and services, striking up conversations, building relationships and positioning SEP2 as the industry experts and technical authority in our market.
In this role, a key responsibility will be making cold calls, with an expectation of completing 100 calls per day. This will enable you to build a strong pipeline and achieve other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also develop proficiency in emailing organisations and have the opportunity to attend corporate events. These activities will help you gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and effectively communicate the value of our services and products.

Key responsibilities
- Networking with our vendor community, including on-site visits to their offices
- You will be responsible for keeping the CRM up to date with information on deals and prospects
- Reporting your figures and statistics back to the business
- Growing your own brand and upholding SEP2’s, via social media and corporate events
- Qualifying prospects through consultative questioning and the understanding of our products
- Begin able to shadow and run prospective customer meetings
