We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our team fantastic People and Culture team. This role will take responsibility for the maintenance, improvements, and streamlining activities across our HR systems. This is a hybrid role working in the Selly Oak, Birmingham office 2 to 3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing system support, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting across all People Systems.
- Acting as the main contact for third-party system providers.
- Managing organisational structures within systems, including reporting lines and cost centre updates.
- Supporting the People and culture team in streamlining processes using system capabilities.
- Creating and developing reports using Business Objects to support business needs.
- Ensuring training records and employee data are accurate and up to date.
- Supporting People and Culture cyclical processes and wider HR projects.
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting iTrent or similar HR payroll systems.
- Strong working knowledge of HR and payroll databases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulae, charts).
- Ability to write and develop reports using Business Objects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
