We're looking for an analytical and entrepreneurial graduate to join our Investment division on our 2022 Graduate Programme.
We make investment decisions that build long-term value. So we're after innovative, analytical people who are up for a challenge. After the initial training, you'll be comfortable making independent decisions based on your own research, but we'll also need someone who'll actively contribute to the team to help shape our investment process and strategy.
The department
Our investment teams support our overall purpose to help build the long-term future prosperity of our clients by managing investments for institutions and individuals to help them meet their financial goals and prepare for the future.
We offer innovative products and solutions across a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed income, Multi-asset, Private Assets and Alternatives.
By combining deep client relationships with market insights and our strong investment capabilities, we can design bespoke products and services. Using a combination of fundamental research and data-driven insights, we construct solutions that meet our clients changing needs.
We believe that the key to delivering better outcomes lies in gathering highly talented people who bring a diverse range of thoughts and ideas. Our 42 investment teams in 19 global locations actively manage investments across a range of asset classes. Our approach allows us to channel our insights into the right outcomes for our clients.
The Programme
As part of the Graduate Programme, you'll be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities. Rotations on the Investment Graduate Programme can span across our Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Investment Services, Portfolio Solutions and Private Asset teams.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
- A 2:1 honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject
