It’s a dedicated 24-month programme, which will see you progress into a trusted HR professional. You will develop skills that will enable you to further your career and provide you with a firm foundation to progress your career as a strategic HR Business Partner.
You’ll be working on live projects from day one, having the opportunity to fully immerse yourself into all of the aspects of HR and understand how we partner with our business to support the strategic goals of the organisation, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to share your big ideas on how we can improve the way we work for our stakeholders, clients and colleagues. Throughout the programme you’ll rotate every six months into different areas of HR, where you will build relationships across the team, learn new skills and find your true passion.
By the end of your programme, you’ll have gained experience and an understanding of the key areas in HR having spent time across the team, as well as having built the skills needed to help drive the HR function forwards and meet the future needs of the organisation.
