    The opportunity  

    Sage are looking for Graduates for our Technology roles, such as QA Test Engineers, to join our two-year Graduate programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

    What you'll be doing

    This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced product team. Your role will depend on the pathway you are offered, but for example as a Graduate QA Test engineer you will:

    • Manage your own project work items.
    • Actively share knowledge across the team, and work closely with the delivery teams to carry out thorough and efficient testing to team processes and testing standards.
    • Create accurate test plans, and execute against these, ensuring that all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion.

    Candidate profile

    We welcome applicants from any degree background and grade, and you don't need to have any prior work experience, but you will need to have a passion for technology & AI, and the desire to use these skills to drive our products forward.

    Alongside this, you'll also:

    • Be able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match
    • Have a keen eye for detail & and inquisitive mind to help problem solve
    • Be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
    • Be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world
    • Be quality-focused resulting in thorough and well-organised processes

    Eligibility criteria for the Social Mobility Pathway

    You must have graduated by October 2025 and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. As this programme is designed to support those from lower socio-economic backgrounds you must also meet the below criteria to be eligible: 

    • You did not attend a fee-paying school at any point between the ages of 4-18 (unless on a paid scholarship basis) AND; 
    • You meet one or more of the diversity requirements below: 
      • You were eligible for free school meals (within the UK) at any point between the ages of 5-16 
      • You consider yourself to have a disability or other long-term health condition 
      • You have grown up in a household where no parent/guardian attended university 
      • The occupational classification of your parent(s)/guardian(s) when you were 14 was working class or similar (e.g. technical and craft occupations, routine, routine manual and service occupations) or long-term unemployed
      • You attended a non-selective school (e.g. a state school or academy) 
      • You have been, or are currently, in local authority care 
      • You are, or have been, a full-time or part-time carer 
      • You came to the UK as a refugee or asylum seeker  
      • You have another form of social/economic disadvantage not listed above (please provide details in your application)

    The application process

    2. Online video interview (when you reach this stage you'll receive all the information you need to help you best prepare)
    3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in the summer.
    4. Successful candidates will join us on 1 October 2025
