Programme details
As an Intern you will be placed for a period of three months within our Benelux Investment Banking team to develop an insight into the responsibilities of a full-time Analyst. Interns will be working out of our Amsterdam offices covering M&A, ECM and Leverage Finance across a range of sectors. You will have direct exposure to our full Benelux team, as well as regular interactions with our London and New York based sector and product teams.
Learning from experience
During the course of the programme, Interns are given various projects to complete which may include:
- Supporting M&A and financing transactions across a range of industries
- Financial modelling and valuing companies
- Analysing transactions and providing relevant insights
- Reporting on industry research and activity for colleagues
- Developing and editing pitch books and presentations for clients
Who do we look for?
We look for diverse individuals with outstanding academic records, proven analytical skills, a demonstrated interest in finance and a history of participation in extracurricular activities. Other essential qualities we look for include strong oral and written communication skills, initiative, and a highly collaborative mind set. Fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
