As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget, and contributing to the overall success of roofing projects.
A day in the life
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for roofing projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for various roofing systems and materials.
- Evaluate tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project costing and financial reporting.

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Internship or relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials, specifically in roofing.
- Capable of travelling to job sites.
