REFY are looking for a CRM Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team.

    The CRM Assistant’s role is to support the CRM team on the planning, execution and analysis of the CRM channels (Email & SMS). The CRM Assistant will brief and build all email programs (marketing & flows) and is responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy is achieved across all campaigns.

    The CRM Assistant will work closely with marketing, creative, product and digital teams, to gather key information, align channel plans and collaborate on briefing, execution, sign offs and reporting.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support the Senior CRM Executive in the planning & execution of the REFY CRM Strategy; delivering on key objectives to drive customer engagement, retention & loyalty across Email & SMS.
    • Support the planning, testing & deployment of all CRM programs (marketing & flows) within our ESP, Klaviyo, across all key territories
    • Follow key channel processes to coordinate and collaborate with marketing, creative, product and digital teams, to plan & execute email communications that support brand activity/objectives, whilst delivering on channel KPIs.
    • Work with the Senior CRM Executive to plan email campaigns, in line with brand and channel objectives.
    • Manage the CRM Calendar to ensure all plans are documented and key information is organised in a clear and concise way.
    • Brief the creative and marketing teams to gather all necessary images and copy for email campaigns.
    • Build email campaigns in Klaviyo. Complete all channel testing, ensuring accuracy across all email communications.
    • Manage the email sign off process with key stakeholders across the business.
    • Support channel reporting where required, to track campaign performance and develop actionable insights.
    • Proactively undertake competitor research/market research and make recommendations for improvement or testing strategies for the email channel.
    • Support Senior CRM Executive on channel projects and other requests when appropriate.

    Skills, knowledge and expertise

    • Educated to Degree level, preferably in a marketing/digital-related discipline or experience gained from a similar role and environment
    • Knowledge of and an interest in beauty is desirable but not essential.
    • Highly organised & process driven, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using data to develop insights, seek opportunity & make suggestions to improve.
    • Ability to present key findings clearly and concisely, in a professional and confident manner.
