The role
Reporting to the MRP Manager, this role aims to strengthen and support the MRP team through providing an accurate, efficient and effective administration process and service associated with the needs of the department.
- Import weekly supplier stock updates into SAP.
- Issue weekly/monthly forecasts to key suppliers.
- Use the SLOBs tool to support coordinators.
- Generate Discontinuation Reports and update MRP Notes.
- Provide stock info to project managers for delist/change decisions.
- Raise and track write-offs for obsolete materials, ensuring approvals.
- Manage deletion logs and ERP system updates.
- Support MRP Coordinators with RORI emails and BOM change follow-ups.
- Investigate material shortages, implement corrective actions, or escalate.
- Generate and issue MROR reports, ensuring approvals to prevent shortages.
The ideal candidate should be
- A strong team player with collaborative skills.
- Experienced in administrative tasks within supply chain or a related field.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel with advanced skills.
