Position overview
MRI Software is looking for a customer-focused, tenacious, and target-driven individual to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you will connect with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand their usage of MRI’s software. You’ll play a key role in contract renewals, customer retention, and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients via phone, email, and social media to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals while identifying ways to expand MRI’s solutions within the client base.
- Research customer organizations to understand their needs and market trends.
- Work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets that contribute to your bonus structure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and sales enablement platform.
- Participate in internal sales and product training programs.
- Provide weekly activity summaries and contribute to business unit sales meetings.
- Represent MRI Software at customer events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.
Essential skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of social networking tools for business use.
- Strong interest in technology and its role in business.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process to achieve better results.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
