The Innovators Programme
We created the Innovators Programme to bring new, diverse talent into the DEG - an award-winning department within Publics Groupe – specialising in data driven, digital marketing transformation. We are looking to onboard 10 driven young people on to the 12-week internship programme, run by one of the world’s largest marketing companies, Publicis Groupe. The marketing landscape is constantly changing, and businesses fight to transform their marketing strategies to better reach their customers. However, it is difficult for large businesses to achieve that transformation as effectively as they would like.
What does the DEG do?
The DEG combines people processes and tools to provide data driven insights that bridge the gap between marketing transformation and digital business transformation and help clients solve their marketing problems
What will you be doing?
On the programme you will spend time working in the key transformation teams of Data Science, Commerce and Design Thinking Consultancy, where you will learn how to frame client’s marketing problems and work with Publicis Groupe agencies to provide valuable insights on how to solve them.
How we will assess you
We are looking for problem solvers and inquisitive minds. You'll be asked to answer 2 questions and optionally to send us your CV if you want to. Successful candidates will go through to our assessment centre stage. The assessment centre, which will take place in our London office and virtually, is an interactive recruitment day where you will take part in group
exercises and individual interviews. How you perform will determine whether you receive an offer to join us.
