Overview
We are looking for a Production Account Executive who can work in a fast paced production environment, across a wide client portfolio and facilitating smooth running of operations across multiple projects. You'll get to assist in managing contracts, budgets, schedules and risk assessments while providing business support and collaborating with a range of teams across the agency. This would include:
- Financial & Budget Management: Support producers with invoicing, supplier payments, budget reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Maintain a database of production vendors and assist with contract negotiations.
- Production Administration: Handle paperwork, including contracts, risk assessments, permits, and insurance requirements.
- Project Support: Create and track purchase orders (POs), manage budgets, and assist in project reconciliations.
- Client & Talent Liaison: Manage junior client communications and coordinate with talent agents.
- Interagency Collaboration: Support intercompany Statements of Work (SOWs) and processes, liaising with other agencies across Publicis Groupe.
- Contract Management: Track contract statuses and facilitate e-signatures for these.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
The salary for this position is £28,000.
