    What will you be doing?

     

    Department Summary
    The OOH Planning Team at Starcom is part of Publicis Media's broader OOH team, which spans across Publicis agency brands and PMX, the investment arm of Publicis Media. The team focuses on delivering innovative, best-in-class OOH solutions, supported by expertise in planning, buying, DOOH content, data, analytics, programmatic, and Ad tech. OOH Planners work closely with PMX’s in-house investment team to create effective and creative solutions that maximize client outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    Role Summary
    As an OOH Client Executive, your responsibilities align with the agency's Growth Pillars and internal expectations:

    1. Client Growth: Collaborate across teams (Planning, Content, Data, Investment) to drive client success.
    2. Develop skills in OOH planning systems.
    3. Support the Senior Executive in managing day-to-day accounts.
    4. Stay informed on OOH trends and share insights with the team.
    5. Maintain organized meetings, admin, and contact reports.
    6. Team Development: Contribute to shaping the team culture.
    7. Be a supportive, proactive team member.
    8. Show enthusiasm and passion for OOH and the media industry.
    9. Foster a positive team culture.
    10. Starcom Growth: Strengthen Starcom’s reputation internally and externally.
    11. Understand financial opportunities and support financial accuracy.
    12. Maintain operational diligence and assist in reporting.
    13. Build relationships with media owners and partners to enhance Starcom’s reputation.

    Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

     

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and manage interactions with planners, suppliers, and clients.
    • Knowledge of OOH buying with a desire to learn more.
    • Quick to adapt to new processes and technology.
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and timely in task completion.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize in busy environments.
    • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

    Additional Information
