Overview
This role sits within the newly created digital strategy team; built to service Marriott for digital media operations across EMEA.
The digital strategy team is responsible for all digital operations for the Marriott M1M team including technology, data, digital strategy, and non-biddable media activation
Within digital strategy team, there are 2 units; the performance planning unit, and the tech & data unit. This role is within the tech & data unit - responsible for owning the advertising and marketing technology for Marriott.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer data to create detailed audience segments based on demographics, behaviours, interests, and purchase intent.
- Manage audience segments using data from first-party, second-party, and third-party sources, continuously optimizing based on insights.
- Use platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, and DMPs to gather insights and enrich audience profiles.
- Leverage platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and DV360 to activate audiences for retargeting campaigns, and build lookalike models.
- Work closely with media teams to ensure audience insights shape strategic decisions and campaign planning.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel (basic functions)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar platforms (Bonus)
Additional information
