Renishaw's Industrial Automation Products Division designs and develops a suite of metrology products and software which improves robotic installation, calibration and manufacturing processes around the world.

We are currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Executive who can sit at the intersection of our technology, marketing and communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape, market and position Renishaw's growing portfolio of new automation and robotics products.

Responsibilities

  • Understand a range of technical products used to streamline and improve the Industrial Automation and Robotics market, and be able to communicate their benefits clearly. 
  • Produce technical communication and promotional media to educate the market and accelerate the adoption of new products in industry. 
  • Liaise with subsidiary staff to identify product marketing opportunities and field product related questions 

Key requirements

  • A degree in engineering or product design; or suitable work experience in a product marketing-style role.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud products to create brochures, flyers, presentation decks, user guides, data sheets, and other technical and promotional collateral.
  • An appreciation of the product development process.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required and gain experience direct from customer’s sites.

  • Confident communicator, with attention to detail, to ensure accurate information is conveyed.
  • Creative, with the ability to understand technology quickly.
  • Good analytical skills to glean new trends and tie them into future product development.
  • Awareness of international cultural differences when marketing products.
