Responsibilities
PJT wishes to hire a highly motivated Recruitment Assistant to provide support to our campus and lateral recruitment teams. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews across multiple international offices
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars
- Liaising with candidates, other assistants, internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment events
- Managing an applicant tracking and feedback system
- Partner closely with the HR colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
Requirements
PJT Partners seeks to hire a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, intelligent and a proven self-starter. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a positive attitude. To be considered for the Recruiting Assistant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least six months to one year of prior relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail with ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Familiarity with interview scheduling and calendar management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is necessary
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience in professional services industry preferred
