To provide an excellent standard of organisation and support to the International Dubbing Facilities based at Pinewood & Shepperton. To give operational assistance, by overseeing the administrative duties involving electronic assets (media files and other deliverables).
Principle accountabilities
- Managing all ingoing and outgoing media using a variety of delivery systems.
- Meeting critical deadlines and delivering the property (can be digital or physical formats) to the client
- vendor within the required time frame.
- Ensuring that electronic delivery systems (computer-based applications) are organised in an efficient fashion, for example Outlook
- Organising critical project data backuparchive on variety of NAS
- SAN devices. Tracking Metadata.
- Short
- Long term data management.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for our clients
- Keeping in touch with relevant department members – both internal and external support, regarding any issues that may arise.
- Communicating with clients
- specified vendors on daily basis.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by Management.
Skills and experience
Essential criteria:
- Experience of handling electronic files and physical media.
- Adept in use of MS Office particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Accomplished Mac user with good understanding of Mac OS
- Basic understanding of Network Architecture
- High level of competency in administration and technology, particularly in relation to email etiquette and formatting
- Excellent data management skills
- Adaptable to learning new technology
