We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Customer Growth team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a Single Customer View (SCV) to the business, enabling deep customer insights and fostering data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain a robust and scalable Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, transactions, digital engagement, etc.) Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all customer records
- Develop and deliver propensity models (e.g., churn, cross-sell, upsell) to identify actionable opportunities for growth
- Analyse cross-category behaviour, identifying trends and correlations that inform strategic marketing decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and measure the effectiveness of targeted campaigns, ensuring optimal audience selection and impact
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Partner with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment on customer growth objectives and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance
- Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Who are we looking for
- Bachelors’ or masters’ degree in related field
- Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite - Excel intermediate
- Experience within healthcare sector would be advantageous
- Experience working in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics would be advantageous.
