    Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone? Petrofac is seeking a Project Planner on a PAYE 12-month contract position based in Northop.

    Main accountabilities and responsibilities

    • Support the definition and development of the overall project plan, and the activities scheduling according to project objectives, making use of the information collected from project team members, any other company function involved, and third parties.
    • Ensure the verification, consolidation and control of contractors detailed work plans in the project schedule.
    • Ensure a continuous update of the plans, control and monitor the physical progress of time and costs vs. approved plans, highlighting variances.
    • Identify critical factors, evaluate their impact on the plan, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
    • Ensure the periodical reporting on project status.
    • Ensure the development and updating of project planning and controlling methodologies/tools.
    • To ensure full adherence to the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures, and standards
    • To fully comply with Eni Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles
    • To participate in Emergency Response duties, as required

    Qualifications & experience

    • University degree
    • Experience in project scheduling principles (sequences, activities, resources and time estimate, durations, ABS, WBS, risk analysis)
    • Experience of project monitoring and control, project configuration and execution

    Required competencies

    • Good working knowledge of software applications, such as MS Office, Enterprise Resource Planning System, Primavera P6MS project or similar.
    • Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation & influencing skills
