PepsiCo’s is looking for talented and courageous individuals with collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to join our sales teams based at our HQ inReading.
The Future Leaders Programme is an exciting opportunity to develop people early in their careers to help them reach their full potential. We do this by exposure to a breadth of Sales experience coupled with broad business understanding and exciting development programme.
The Programme
Starting September 2022, you’ll do 4 rotations over 3 years across roles which could include: Field Sales, Account Management, E- Commerce, Marketing, Demand Accelerator, Category, Shopper Marketing or Merchandising.
- Year 1: In your first year, you’ll find your feet in Sales through 2x 6 month rotations, one based in our HQ and the other Field based.
- Year 2: You’ll have the opportunity to do a cross-functional role to build a broader understanding of the business, for example in Marketing or eCommerce.
- Year 3: You’ll come back to Sales to experience a new area of the function.
Each year you’ll take on more responsibility as your career grows and develops. We’ll give you a clear training package, tailored support and a mentor from the Senior Commercial team for the entire length of the program.

- Full UK Driving License
- Location flexible (for 6 months of your first year you could be placed anywhere in the UK to complete the field sales element, and then you’ll be based at our UK Head Office in Reading, Berkshire).
Salary and Benefits
You’ll be given a starting salary of £30,000 and a business needs car for the duration. Should you need to relocate for the role we’ll also be able to contribute towards the cost of the move.
