What’s the mission for this role?
As a Junior Designer (Apparel) you will work alongside our senior design team to assist with the creation of seasonal collections, from concept through to production. You will be involved in researching and creating technical sketches, collaborating with fabric suppliers, and assisting with the process from start to finish.

What does this role do?
- As our junior designer you will be responsible for:
- You will assist in the design and development of seasonal apparel collections.
- Create mood boards, sketches and CADs for the new collections.
- Collaborate with all other design team members to develop innovative design ideas.
- Be curious and ensure that you research current and upcoming fashion trends to inform the design direction.
- Work collaboratively with the development and sourcing teams to ensure designs are executable.
- Prepare design presentation boards and assist/support with the organising and execution of design meetings.
- Assist in the creation of tech packs.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and competitor analysis.
What do i bring to the role?
- You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
- You will have a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills including technical sketches.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent sketching and visualisation skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics and garment construction.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Receptive to taking constructive feedback and grow from it.
