We are looking for talented Engineering Graduates in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation to join our team based in Aberdeen/Newcastle
Penspen is a leading global energy services company. As a dedicated and insightful team, we design, maintain and optimise energy infrastructure to improve energy access for the communities in which we work. Established in the UK in 1954, Penspen has since then grown to become a global organisation with headquarters in London and regional head offices worldwide.
With experience from over 100 countries and having faced almost every conceivable challenge in the energy industry, no task is too great for our experienced team. Our first-class engineering expertise spans across the whole asset lifecycle, providing a full scope of engineering services for international and national energy companies, utilities and infrastructure owners.
Energy transition
At Penspen, we recognise the importance of the future delivery of clean energy. We are gearing up our three core services in Engineering & Project Management, Asset Management and Asset Integrity to contribute to achieving net zero by 2050. The energy industry continues to evolve, with significant progress in the transition to a hydrogen economy and the use of sustainable energy from wind, solar and waste renewables. We will leverage our skills to meet the challenges the energy industry faces - now and in the future.
Digital transformation
Penspen’s new, cloud-based digital platform THEIA is a pipeline integrity management software solution, developed as part of our ongoing commitment to digital transformation. Designed to augment client resources and provide critical insights into pipeline integrity, THEIA promotes a safe and cost-efficient complete picture of pipeline assets. Adopting advanced technologies for improved, faster decision-making to help minimise risk is key to solve the industry quadrilemma.
The Hydrogen economy
We believe developing a Hydrogen Economy is of national strategic importance for the delivery of clean energy in the UK. With our vision to improve access to sustainable energy for the communities in which we work, we are focusing our three services lines – Engineering and Project Management, Asset Management, Asset Integrity – on the design, installation and operation of the infrastructure needed for an effective and efficient hydrogen value chain.
