Are you looking to take your first step into management and fast-track your career? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to join our team as a Graduate Warehouse Team Manager with a development plan to become a Shift Operations Manager.

No extensive management experience? No problem. If you’re hardworking, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges, we’ll provide full training and development to help you succeed. In this role, you'll lead a team, learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations, and develop the skills you need to progress quickly.

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing a team of warehouse operatives to meet and exceed productivity targets
  • Coaching, developing and motivating your team to perform to a high standard and support our continuous improvement and lean ethos
  • Using planning tools to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your department, identifying possible issues before they occur
  • Adopting a customer first approach and embedding this within your team

You’ll fit right in if

  • You have a relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or business
  • You understand warehouse or logistics environments
  • You’re ambitious and looking to progress into a leadership role
  • You have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn
