As a mortgage servicing assistant you will have the opportunity to undertake a range mortgage administration enquiries and tasks from customers, solicitors, intermediaries and internal referrals including those from the OSB back-office support team in India.

We have a supportive team who will provide guidance on the processes and products to the right person who is motivated and focussed on supporting our existing mortgage account holders.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Providing a consistently high quality of customer service to both external and internal customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Ensuring that all assigned tasks and enquires relating to mortgage accounts are dealt with promptly and efficiently to ensure SLAs are met and maintained.
    • Taking responsibility for your own work and proactively seek to support other team members in achieving theirs.
    • Ensuring that customer outcomes, service level and key controls and quality measures meet the required standards in respect to Mortgage Servicing.
    • Maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy when processing documents, ensuring productivity targets are achieved in conjunction with high quality targets.
