    As a Global Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand growth across international markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and visibility across Advertising, PR, Events, CRM, and retail marketing channels. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and key wholesale accounts to expand our global presence.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    Project management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely project execution.
    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure delivery within scope.
    • Develop and maintain project trackers and Asana boards to align internal and external stakeholders on key milestones.

    Marketing activations and partnerships

    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing briefs, assets, and copy across global markets.
    • Collaborate with the Junior Communications Manager, Marketing Manager, and CMO to to ensure all advertising, PR, visual displays and gifting are aligned for key project launches.
    • Support the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications in developing creative concepts and coordinating briefs with the Studio Team.

    Pr events

    • Facilitate media, PR, and influencer sample send-outs across the UK, US, EU, and Australia.
    • Support PR activations, including press days and community events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Coordinate assets for global PR campaigns, including press releases and invitations, from initial briefing to final delivery.
    • Organize press appointments, in-store gifting, and interviews.
    • Assist in transcribing and sub-editing PR materials as needed.

    Marketing administration

    • Distribute brand marketing assets to retail stakeholders and store teams (digital and print collateral).
    • Ensure Asana tasks are up to date and critical paths are adhered to.
    • Maintain key marketing trackers, including gifting budgets, influencer outreach, and editorial schedules.
    • Manage purchase agreements and liaise with suppliers on payments when necessary.
    • Compile campaign reports and performance insights as required.

    Skills and experience

    • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Asana and NetSuite is a plus—please highlight familiarity in your application.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Understanding of the fashion retail industry, including distribution models and key luxury market trends.
    • Knowledge of core marketing functions such as PR, advertising, digital marketing, CRM, social media, and events.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
    • Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar).
    • A results-driven mindset with a passion for making an impact.
