As a CRM Coordinator, you will have responsibility for supporting the CRM Team in managing the delivery of assets and campaigns for CRM channels, including email, direct mail and SMS.

    Working closely with the CRM Manager you will deliver email, direct mail and SMS marketing campaigns and optimise lifecycle programmes accordingly in order to drive engagement of customers, and revenue via Orlebarbrown.com and our retail stores. You will monitor engagement of these campaigns and measure the impact on customer retention and loyalty.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant marketing assets and product inclusion lists to ensure seasonal, BAU and ad hoc CRM campaigns are delivered and sent on time.
    • Work with marketing, coordinate translations for CRM programmes to create engaging copy for Orlebar Brown’s global customer base.
    • Responsibility for building, testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns, managing the amends and approval process with internal stakeholders.
    • Support the CRM Manager with Lifecycle programme updates across email and direct mail.
    • Use data visualisation and analytics tools, e.g. Power BI, to measure the success of CRM campaigns across our ecommerce and store environments, using this data to enhance performance.
    • Work with the ecommerce and retail teams to ensure the customer journey from CRM campaigns is seamless, driving engagement and conversion.
    • Awareness of CRM trends across email, direct mail and SMS.

    Skills and experience

    • Well-versed in email/marketing platforms, preferably Ometria (training is provided).
    • Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen.
    • Experience of Google Analytics / data visualisation tools e.g. Power BI / Tableau.
    • Previous experience of managing email communications.
    • Experience of SMS and direct mail marketing desirable but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail to deliver high standard communications.
    • Strong understanding of what best in class creative and format looks like.
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
    • Proactive approach to work.
    • Awareness of current luxury retail and fashion trends would be advantageous to ensure CRM campaigns resonate with the target audience and reflect brand positioning.
