About our Business Analysis & Improvement Graduate Programme
We work every day to deliver better service, broader coverage and faster speeds to everyone in the UK and we are always working to make our business more efficient, smart and secure. And, by joining us on our 2 year rotational Business analysis and improvement graduate programme, you’ll be at the forefront of that.
You’ll be using data science, analytics and a variety of analytical, statistical or machine learning approaches and techniques to interpret data to help make improvements and to drive them through the business. You’ll be taking responsibility for making real, tangible differences to our business.
It’s not just about analytics and insight though. Whilst on the scheme you’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of other skills such as stakeholder and change management. All together it will give you all the skills and experience you need to kick-start a fantastic career in Openreach.
Some locations are more popular than others so if you’re invited to assessment centre and your preference is no longer available, we'll talk you through the other options.
Entry Requirements
Achieved a 2.1 in any degree discipline.
