Are you a driven and enthusiastic professional looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our collaborative and supportive team at Bran Sands.

This on-site role is at the heart of our tanker team, handling industrial waste transported by road tankers and overseeing the operation of a weighbridge. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient processes, contributing to the safe and effective management of waste operations as well as Industrial Effluent Tankers, Wastewater Treatment Works, the Advanced Anaerobic Digestion facility, and the Gas to Grid plant. Your expertise will help maintain safety, efficiency, and reliability across these essential services, making a real difference to the community.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about upholding the highest safety and operational standards. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to teamwork will be essential as you work to keep critical processes running smoothly.

If you’re ready to take on a rewarding challenge and be part of a team that values safety, innovation, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

    About you

The successful candidate will have strong communication along with a practical, solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

You’ll be comfortable working independently, using your initiative to manage and prioritise your workload while remaining adaptable to changing demands. Strong IT skills will be key in analysing and interpreting data to identify issues and optimise asset performance. A solid understanding of process control is important, and while experience in wastewater treatment or related industries is welcome, it’s not essential as we value a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

If you have experience in the waste management industry or hazardous waste consigning, that’s a bonus, but not a requirement. A full UK driving licence is essential.

This role has also been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test.
