We are seeking a recent graduate for a 12-months internship at Neuberger Berman.

You will be part of the Global RFP team and coordinate requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires to help the business win and retain our client assets. This is an opportunity to join a highly dynamic, highly collaborative international team located in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

Primary responsibilities

As the Trainee in the RFP team, you will work with more senior members of the team and be exposed to a variety of tasks including:

  • Coordinating and completing RFPs, due diligence, and requests from EMEA and other international based client coverage channels
  • Help colleagues within the Global RFP team to ensure deadlines are met while following the team’s multi-step RFP process
  • Support the team and the RFP Business Manager with organization projects related to the RFP database of standard responses, management reporting, or automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in (business, finance, economics, law, or similar)
  • Previous intern experience in marketing or client service role at an asset management firm preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and interest in investment management

You must be able to work full time for a 12-month period.
