Job description
Overall purpose of the role
The Securitized Product group has an extensive experience and track record in arranging and placing structured credit products with members in Europe, North America, and Asia, and includes a global syndication team to coordinate the bank’s salesforce. Within the SPG group, the successful candidate will focus on both origination and deal structuring/execution across 2 teams:
- CLO (Collateralized loan obligations), this team specializes in arranging primary CLO transactions and financing private debt platforms. The Intern will contribute to sourcing, arranging, and syndicating public CLO transactions or senior financing facilities backed by private debt or broadly syndicated loans.
- ABS (Asset-backed Securities), this team specializes in origination, arranging and distributing public and private ABS securitization transactions backed mostly by granular loans/receivables portfolios, The Intern will contribute to sourcing, arranging, and distributing public and private ABS.
Key responsibilities include
- Cashflow modelling
- Drafting marketing presentations, term sheets
- Reviewing legal documentation, rating agencies reports
- Organizing investor roadshows and investor meetings
- CLO book monitoring
- Market surveillance
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude who possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy, alongside a solid understanding of structured credit and securitization.
In this role, the candidate will be expected to showcase strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Proficiency in Excel and VBA is essential, as the candidate will be working with complex data sets and models.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial in our fast-paced environment. Additionally, team players who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances and contribute positively to our collaborative culture, are valued.
