    About the role

    • Provide on-going support to the team as required for the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust, corporate and fiduciary clients
    • Assist with ensuring that client relationships and transactional matters are managed effectively and to a high standard, incluyding assistance with meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines
    • Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured
    • Be involved with the client acceptance process
    • Other ad-hoc duties as requested

    About you essential requirements

    • Previous private wealth administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
    • Able to put industry knowledge to practice, giving sufficient attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • You'll be studying, or willing to study, towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI)
    • Have good communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with colleagues, clients and intermediaries
    • Be able to build relationships and work both independently as part of a team
    • A desire to succeed within a financial services role
    • A positive and flexible approach
    • Ability to actively manage and prioritise tasks and time
